climework selects projects of German aid agencies who have the German „seal of approval“ of the DZI (German Central Institute for Social Issues) and therefore adhere to verifiable standards of allocation of resources. The aid agency and the company decide case by case if a partnership is formed. Climework pre-selects and proposes projects and supports companies as well as aid agencies in implementing the cooperation.

The selected aid agencies have programmes in nearly all development countries worldwide. They cover a broad range of projects from acute emergency aid and food security to projects in the area of education, environmental protection and human rights.
